Peter BartonChairman
Peter Barton is Chairman of Bramdean Asset Management LLP. Peter has spent his career in the City, first as a corporate lawyer before moving into investment banking for Lehman Brothers and Robert Fleming & Co.
Peter has held a number of non-executive appointments, which currently include Pension Fund Trustee Chairman at Alliance & Leicester Plc, where he formerly served as Deputy Chairman, Chairman of The Guinness Partnership Ltd. and of Howard de Walden Estates Ltd.
Peter’s non-executive Directorships include F&C U.S. Smaller Companies Plc, Bramdean Alternatives Limited & easyGroup Holdings Ltd.
Peter is an adviser to Armstrong Bonham Carter, a Trustee of the Leonard Ingrams Foundation and is a member of the Audit & Scrutiny Committee at Oxford University.
