Brenda McKennaGeneral Counsel
Brenda is Bramdean’s General Counsel. As a qualified lawyer, with a background in providing funds, private equity and corporate finance advice, Brenda is well placed to understand the construction of alternative investment products.
Prior to joining Bramdean in July 2006, Brenda worked as a corporate lawyer with Travers Smith in London, advising a range of private and public companies on M&A transactions and also private equity houses on fund construction, investment, and exit. Brenda is a Law graduate from Oxford University and has also studied and worked in Germany and the US. Brenda also speaks fluent German.
